MARC A. CELELLO
                                                 
In August of 2004, Marc Celello founded the firm to provide high quality legal services with a focus on Business Law and Litigation, Tax Resolutions, Estate Planning, Asset protection and Litigation. A former attorney for the Securities and Business Regulation Division of the Georgia Secretary of State, Marc is adept at dealing with the maze of regulations facing businesses today.
On behalf of the State of Georgia, Marc Celello had the unique opportunity to negotiate the $1.4 billion “Global Settlement” with the Wall Street investment banking firms. He received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, in 1993, and a J.D. degree from the Washington College of Law, American University, in 1997. Marc Celello is a native of Waterbury, Connecticut. He has resided in Atlanta since 1997.
